Anyways, track is coming up and so is softball. Even though I could hardly breathe when I was running in gym today, I don’t care. I can deal with short distance running, and jumping hurdles. Besides, the only reason that I couldn’t breathe was because I’m really out of shape. I’m not fat, it’s just that I haven’t ran in awhile, because I haven’t had gym since last year. I’ll get better, I promise (to myself.) Just as long as I don’t slip on the ice, or have to do the long jump and sprain my ankle again. At least I’ll have my iPod for this season. Last year I didn’t because it was broke, and I had to send it in. Now, after losing it for the upteenth millionth time, I have it back.

Lucky for me, many of my friends will be in track, so I won’t be alone. This year, I’m in eigth grade, and next year, I’ll be in high school, so I won’t be in little league softball anymore. Or middle school sports. Well, at least I hope I’ll be able to get in. I’m not that great at sports. I’ll have to run all summer, and practice softball, and basketball.

 Ah! I’m being attacked by socks! My family thinks that it’s quite funny to throw socks at me while I’m on the computer. But if I try to go attack them, they run for dad. It’s quite funny, and I think I might have to do it more often, without being pelted with socks, or being pinned to the ground in a wrestling match with my sisters and my dad, trying to fight over my money. Four against one is never fair. Oh, make that five against one. My little dog, Lilly joined in too, and attacked my face with kisses, and bit my nose. She has sharp teeth. Oh great…
